In order to provide opportunities for young people, especially Lampung youth, to be able to experience how exciting it is to work at the first incubator institution in Indonesia, Sigerhub opens registration for the Batch 4 Intership Program. The recruitment process to find candidates is quite short, starting from December 3 until the final the announcement is on December 22, 2021. Some of the internship positions offered include: Copy Writing, Content Creator, Event Organizer, and also Graphic Designer.

After a fairly long process starting from registration, administrative selection, interviews to announcements, finally 12 participants were found who passed and were able to take part in an internship at Sigerhub, with the internship period starting from January 3 to March 3, 2022.

Currently Sigerhub has entered the internship phase, the four chosen are Ria Nadiah, Muhammad Yusril Ihza, Michael Felix Hutabarat, Aryo Kusuma, Komang Adi Widiana, Prita Ayuning Febriana, Rosyie Liana Balqis, Bella Cintiva, Fatimah Zahra, Muhammad Dani Pratama, Wahyu Rianto, and Daffa Ammar Ramadhan.

The first activity was carried out in early 2022, namely January 3, the activities carried out included pre-internship, getting to know the Sigerhub family, an overview of Sigerhub, and the division of tasks during the internship at Sigerhub.

The division of tasks during the internship process is divided into several teams to be able to manage business in other lines, namely Sigerhub, namely Siger Creative and Siger Talent, as well as managing social media owned by Sigerhub which include Website, Tiktok, and Instagram.
