Examine the role of the First Agency Cooperative in Lampung, the Talenta Karya Union. Friday (12/11), at Koma Space. One of the functions of cooperatives is to realize and develop the national economy which is a joint effort based on the principles of kinship and economic democracy.

Currently, Lampung can be proud because it is from the hands of Lampung youth. Sigerhub managed to get to the point of 2 years of journey and became the initiator of the formation of the First Agency Cooperative in Lampung.

Agency cooperatives are cooperatives that are in fact the founders of the Siger team and several mentors at Sigerhub. Ikhwan Ferdian as CEO of Sigerhub explained that we will help as a sustainability ecosystem after Sigerhub. Where the cooperative will act as an accelerator for MSME tenants, cooperatives, and startups in Lampung after the incubation stage is complete.

"We will also provide access or services related to agencies, be it in the fields of marketing, consulting, and investment to selected fostered tenants," he continued.

The structure of the Talenta Karya Union Cooperative that was formed was chaired by Ikhwan Ferdian Widiarto, M. Kurnia Adiputra as Secretary, and Ahmad Farhan Lubis as treasurer. The supervisory coordinator, M. Haniefan Muslim, consists of Ahmad Iqbal Syarib and Bayu Wicaksono.

In the future, it will be committed to assisting further assistance to tenants who have completed the incubation process through the auspices of cooperatives with an economic democracy system.

This is the background for choosing the cooperative system by Sigerhub, because it wants to make the image of cooperatives more acceptable among young people. With this cooperative, it is hoped that young people will be able to find new business models. In addition, in the future, cooperatives will become the pillars of the national economy.

"This is an effort to introduce cooperatives that are packaged beautifully, with the hope of embracing young people to join cooperatives," said Yuke as Owner of Koma Space.

"As a person who works in the creative world, I am very happy that it means that in the future, creative people in Lampung can have a place so that the work of their creativity can be priced according to their work," said Bayu as Owner of Koma Space.
