In the first batch, Sigerhub got around 19 tenants who were ready to go through the incubation process. Among the 19 tenants, 5 tenants were selected who were declared ready to proceed to the acceleration process.

December 10, 2019. SigerHub as the first Incubator in Lampung Province held an incubation process for Startups and also MSMEs in Lampung Province. In the first batch, SigerHub was able to attract approximately 19 Startup-MSMEs that were ready to be selected for further incubation with SigerHub for 6 months.

There were 5 tenants who passed during the curation period, namely:

1. RK Wedding Planner. A service provider who designs weddings, by connecting clients with vendors that have been compiled, according to the financial capabilities of each client, and providing and directing the best quality and results.
2. Summo. A motorbike rental startup, with a system of utilizing public vehicles that have advantages of motorized vehicles, especially motorbikes, and these vehicles will be rented out for local and international tourists.
3. UStreet. A platform that provides services on online delivery and online motorcycle taxi
4. Jesa (Women's friend motorcycle taxi). Special transportation service for women. Ojesa's dream is to realize child and woman-friendly transportation in Indonesia, empowering women and providing security and comfort to every customer and driver partner.
5. Camil. An MSME that is engaged in the culinary field with processed staple ingredients from bananas, as one of the typical culinary delights of Lampung.

This incubation process runs for 6 months, at the beginning of incubation, all tenants are equipped with the knowledge to get to know the market for their products or services, we usually call market fit. After that, they are introduced to the concept of design thinking in order to solve various problems that exist in their respective businesses. There were many other briefings that went very smoothly even though in the middle of the incubation period, the debriefing system had to change to online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is hoped that the briefing provided by SigerHub can make the MSMEs involved even more prepared to enter the acceleration period and meet investors who are interested in the business concept of the tenants.
